Terms of Service

1. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and located in New Zealand to use the service. We may ask for age verification and suspend or close accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2. Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

• The service uses virtual currency and/or virtual items for gameplay only.
• No real money gambling: you cannot cash out, withdraw, or convert virtual currency/items into real money.
• No prizes of real-world value are offered through gameplay.

3. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• One account per person unless we approve otherwise; do not buy, sell, or transfer accounts.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or interfere with the service or other users.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access, scraping, or reverse engineering except where permitted by law.

5. Virtual currency and virtual items

• Virtual currency/items have no cash value, are not property, and are not transferable outside the service.
• We may adjust, suspend, or remove virtual currency/items (including balances) to correct errors, prevent abuse, or maintain the service.
• Where optional purchases are offered, they provide access to virtual items/currency only and do not create any right to real-world value.

6. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the service, software, visuals, and content. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service in accordance with these terms.

7. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, security, or legal reasons. If we make material changes to these terms, we will post the updated version on this page.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.

10. Disputes and governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
